We focus on a diverse range of cardio and resistance, with our primary goal being to build strength, cardiovascular health, and confidence. It’s a good time and a great way to get your day started off with a win.
Freedom Body Sculpting:
Group specific barbell work with intermittent aerobic step work and plyometrics, this group is a fast-paced, high-energy way to burn fat and tone muscle.
Freedom High Intensity Interval Training:
This group is heavily inspired by crossfit style workouts, with barbells, kettlebells, and more calisthenics than you can shake a stick at! Not for the faint of heart, this group is for those who want to push themselves in a community environment.
Freedom Bootcamp:
This class is on Saturday mornings at 8:00am, is free to all members, and is $5 for non-members.
