What are the session times?
We have options that work for EVERYONE — before work or school hours and in the evening after work and school. And because the workouts are only 30-60 minutes — you’ll be in and out in no time.

Freedom Fitness Training Hours:
MON - THU: 5:15am, 6am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 4:30pm, 5:15pm, 6pm
FRI: 5:15am, 6am, 8:00am, 9:15am, 4:30pm, 5:15pm
SAT: 7:45am, 9:00am
When does it start?
This Transformation Challenge starts Monday, June 20th and will run for 6 weeks.
